Instagram Unfollow Checker

Follow these steps to download your Instagram data:

1. Go to your Instagram profile and click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines).
2. Navigate to "Accounts Center", then click "Your information and permissions".
3. Click "Export your information", then click "Create export".
4. Select the profiles you’d like to download information from.
5. Click "Export to device".
6. Choose the file options:
   • Notify: Your email address
   • Customize information: Followers and Following
   • Date range: All time
   • Format: JSON
   • Media quality: Lower quality
7. Click "Start export".
8. Once you receive the download completion email, click the link to download the ZIP file.
9. Extract the ZIP file and locate the followers.json and following.json files.
